How to make cheesy egg masala

This Cheesy Egg Masala can be a quirky and interesting addition to your selection of delicious egg curries.

Ingredients for Cheesy Egg Mala

  • 6 Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 2 medium Onions (Chopped).
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree
  • 2 tbsp of fresh cream
  • 2 tbsp grated Cheese
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1 and a 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 2 Green Chillies (Chopped).
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste


In a large saucepan, heat oil. Add garlic and chillies and sauté till the garlic changes its colour.


Then add onions and sauté again. Once the onions turn golden brown, add the tomatoes and sauté till the mixture leaves out oil.


Now, add all the dry spices and sauté for 3-4 more minutes.


Reduce heat and stir in the cream with the grated cheese.


Mix everything once more and let it simmer for about a minute.


The final step is to add fried eggs and coriander leaves along with some green chillies.
