‘Barbie’ woman rocks tiny bikini and sheer pants

“Australia’s limited edition Barbie doll” has hit the streets of Melbourne in yet another revealing outfit, showing off her drastic plastic surgery.

Tara Jayne McConachy – who describes herself as “Australia’s limited edition Barbie doll” – has hit the streets of Melbourne in yet another revealing outfit, showing off her drastic plastic surgery.
The 32-year old cosmetic nurse was seen wearing a tiny pink bikini top that showed off her surgically enhanced E cup breasts. Pink sheer pants and matching G string bikini bottoms completed the outfit.

Tara, who is known for undergoing drastic plastic surgery to look like a “Barbie doll”, has spent $135,000 alone on her five breast augmentation procedures.

The barely there bikini provided plenty of underboob and was held together with thin straps that were tied at the centre.

Her see-through pants were frilled-edged and showed her bikini bottoms underneath.

She finished the look with a pair pink heels, heavy makeup with thick eyelashes.

Tara is well known for striking outfits that she wears to the streets of Melbourne, her hometown. Recently she stepped out wearing an eye-popping electric blue activewear set as well as a sheer black dress.

Alongside her five breast surgeries, Tara has also had a nose job, butt implants, veneers, Botox and fillers, insisting she “loves her plastic doll vibe”.

However it is her plumped lips she admires most, previously describing them as her “statement” feature.

“My lips are definitely my statement. I always make sure they’re nice and plump and get regular injections,” she said, also adding she has “lost count of how much product” she has had injected into them.

Tara’s unique look has been the topic of debate in the past, but it hasn’t dulled her desire to have more work done, revealing last year she had plans to have her eyes recoloured and some ribs removed.

“I’m exploring changing my eye colour to an even more vibrant green, plus fixing my eyelids with a canthoplasty, blepharoplasty and a brow lift,” she said.

“While I’m at it I’ll probably be getting cheek implants, a mini facelift and I’m even looking into the possibility of having ribs removed for a more tapered waist.

“Just the thought of this gets me all excited.”

Her extreme makeover landed her on Channel 10’s Mirror Mirror in 2021, where she opened up to Todd Sampson about her quest to “look like an edited photo in real life”.

During the doco, Tara can be seen using a solarium – which are banned commercially but can still be privately owned in Australia – to obtain her darker skin.

She joined OnlyFans in 2020 to fund her surgery-loving lifestyle, saying at the time: “It has (so far) been a very smart move.

“I made $10,000 in the first three days of making my account active,” she said.

“I love being able to get a little more personal with my fans and give them a behind-the-scenes tour of my life.”
