Ali Fazal Shares The ‘Sabzi To His Heart’ And He Invites Others To Share Such Recipes Too

There will be many people who are willing to try a delicious butter chicken or a cheesy hamburger. However, it’s not easy to find home-style vegetable lovers. How many people will actually enjoy a simple, homemade Karela sabzi recipe? It would be rare to find people who would eat it, let alone those who would enjoy it. Ali Fazal, an actor, is one of them. He shared an Instagram photo of a crispy Karela Sabzi. It is very special to him for many reasons. Take a look at this:

Ali Fazal called it “The Sabzi to My Heart!” The interestingly-cooked bitter gourd was shared by Ali Fazal. It was then cut into thin slices and fried with many tomatoes and onions. Then, it was garnished with coriander. The fried texture made the bitter gourd look more like chips. Fazal, the security guard at his building, made the dish. He believes he is a ‘genius chef’. He was so passionate about the dish that he suggested that his security guard was in the wrong profession. He loves all things home-cooked, and swears by his gharka khana.

Ali Fazal also encouraged people to share their recipe with him because he was open-minded to trying new foods. He said that if people knew him well, they could come to his house with the dish. The actor is a self-confessed foodie who regularly posts updates from his own kitchen. Ali Fazal shared the recipe on his Instagram account for delicious cupcakes he made recently.

The actor also made whole wheat banana cupcakes that were addictive, topped with sea salt, chocolate buttons, and more! Ali Fazal called it the easiest recipe and shared the exact ingredients and the method he used. He also shared a tip that he thought was very helpful: grease your trays. Fazal thought cinnamon could add an extra flavor to the dishes.

We hope to see more of the actor’s foodie side in the near future!
